• Website URLs — the URLs you submit for auditing
• Email addresses — when you claim an audit or subscribe to a plan
• Audit results — the generated analysis, scores, and findings
• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe; we never store raw card details
• Technical data — IP addresses, browser type, and usage patterns for rate limiting and service improvement

How We Use Your Data

• To generate and deliver your website audit reports
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send you audit results, renewal reminders, and product updates
• To improve our audit engine and service quality
• To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits

Data Retention

Audit reports: Stored indefinitely while your account or subscription is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Claim emails and tokens: Stored for 7 days, then purged automatically.

Payment records: Retained as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years).

Rate limit counters: Reset every 24 hours.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data is only shared with service providers necessary to operate our platform:

• Stripe — payment processing (view Stripe's privacy policy)
• Resend — email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting and analytics

No Tracking

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral profiling. Our analytics are limited to anonymous usage metrics collected by Vercel Analytics (page views, audit runs) to help us understand service usage.

Your Rights

You can request:

• A copy of your stored audit data
• Deletion of your audit reports and personal data
• Correction of inaccurate information
• To opt out of non-essential emails

Website Audit Data

When you submit a URL for auditing, we fetch and analyze the publicly accessible HTML, run Google PageSpeed Insights, and optionally take screenshots. We do not:

• Access password-protected pages
• Store full page content beyond what is needed for the audit report
• Crawl pages marked with robots.txt exclusion
• Share audit results publicly (they are private to the claim email owner)

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), secure payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant via Stripe), and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
